• Develop tools and analyses to drive improvement and solutions in service operations. Areas to include: freight, fleet, product supply, labor productivity, delivery timeliness, order aging, etc.
• Review existing internal operational processes and tools for compliance and improvement.
• Work with field operations as well as other departments on improvement initiatives.
• Apply continuous improvement and six sigma techniques to improvement initiatives.
• Develops ideas for additional strategies and improvement initiatives.
• Conforms to, supports and enforces all Company policies and procedures.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications...
• Bachelor degree in Operations, Distribution, Finance, Engineering or other related field.
• Minimum five (5) years work experience in an operational environment including financial analysis, budget development and analysis, continuous improvement, metrics management and project management.
• Advanced skills in Excel, Word and Power Point as well as database software.
