This fast paced consulting company in Downtown Boston is looking for an account manager to keep their business on track. This person serves as the primary business contact for the client and is responsible for client satisfaction. The AM is expected to consistently provide excellent customer service to accounts, as well as represent client needs and goals within the organization to ensure quality. Someone with a motivated outlook and professional demeanor would be preferred.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Previous CPA experience
- Needs to be proficient in Microsoft Suite applications
- At least 2 to 5 years corporate insurance experience
- Polished oral and written communication skills
- Motivated, goal oriented, persistent and a skilled negotiator
