We are a busy Collection Agency located in Palatine, IL directly across from Harper College. We are an established firm opened in 1971 and approach collections from a fresh perspective compared to other agencies. We achieve outstanding results for our clients and as a result are looking to add one or two new collectors to our staff of professionals.
Experience in collections is a definite plus, however if you are confident speaking over the telephone and can think on your feet, we can train you.
Responsibilities include:
Collecting accounts ranging from 90 to 180 days old
Contacting delinquent accounts by telephone and securing checks, checks by phone, and credit card payments.
Close monitoring of your accounts to insure payment
You must be:
Prompt, reliable and polite. Both oral and written communications are very important. No weekend or evening hours are required.
Qualified applicants will earn an hourly salary, and can earn commissions and bonus paid monthly.
