A small boutique accounting firm is looking to hire. Must have 3+ years of QuickBooks experience and the ability to teach Quickbooks to clients. Also must be experienced with Ms Word, Excel and Outlook. Superior customer service and communication skills are a must. Tax preparation experience, financial analysis and an accounting degree are a plus.
Responsibilities will include:
Bookkeeping
Teaching/Answering questions about Quickbooks with clients
Tax Processing and Preparation (depending on skill level)
Research and Analysis
Project and deadline management
Assisting administrative assistant as needed
