Account Representative needed for a long-term contract (6 months or longer) in the Downtown Houston. Customer service oriented personality must be combine the following traits: professional, courteous, patient, energetic, and enthusiastic. Responsibilities on the job include on-boarding new customers; promptly responding to emails and phone requests from customers; facilitating and/or actively participating in site visits or conference calls to assist customers with complex issues; evaluating customer requests and resolving them promptly or escalating the matter to appropriate team for resolution; processing all contract amendment requests; evaluating and processing address change requests, maintaining phone coverage on toll free lines per assigned schedule; providing after hours/weekend/holiday coverage to large customers; analyzing customer account data and preparing scheduled and ad hoc reports, along with additional duties as assigned.

• MS Office with proficiency in Excel
• SAP knowledge
• 4+ years working directly with customers in a problem solving, account management, or sales capacity
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills
