We currently have an immediate opening for an Accounts Receivable for our Culver City Headquarters. The Accounting Receivable will play an integral part in the timely processing of orders and accurate reporting of cash. The ideal candidate will be proactive and enjoy working with a variety of customers, vendors and employees.
Job Description:
Order and credit card processing
New account set up, including maintaining reseller permits.
Invoicing.
Account Reconciliation
Cash application including daily account balancing
Strict adherence to keeping information confidential.
Knowledge of accounts payable helpful
Qualifications:
2 years of relevant experience is preferred,
Ability to communicate clearly and excellent telephone etiquette is required.
Excellent computer skills and proficiency with MS Excel, MS Access, MS Word and other software experience required.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, a strong work ethic, and demonstrated teamwork skills required.
Ability to function independently and effectively in a self-directed environment
